Brainstorm needed - about adult content warning

Good morning guys and girls,

I would really appreciate your advice on the most user friendly adult content warning for my Classifieds http://www.outlived.co.uk that is built on WordPress.

The main problem is: I have too many pop-ups that come up when the visitors come to the website:

1) Adult Warning (I have to use it as we have some escort ads) - I use WP plugin "Content Warning".
2) WP plugin "Cookie Warning" - again, warning about cookies is a must have feature demanded by the law.
3) After 20 sec-s the user has spent on 1 page - the "Live Chat" pops up and asks does he/she need help.

The cookie warning seems to be fine and most of the people from the UK are used to them.

Live Chat is super necessary as it helps me to convert some visitors and users without pc skills into my clients, so I am very, very happy about it.

The most ugly of them is this Adult warning... (brr....). Especially bad they go together on small 4:3 monitors:


Any suggestions?

I would move them around and categorise them into 1st 2nd and 3rd display.

For example;

Cookies: Try a top div which asks the user to agree to cookies. A slim 30px bar across the top in red with an "agree" silver button.
Adult Warning: Personally I would move this to the section of the site which contains adult material. Google doesnt have this on the front page of their site even though you can access adult material from it.
Site Chat: maybe leave this on the front page.

From the users viewpoint this removes an awful lot of confusion. From your viewpoint you are adhering to your legal requirements.

I have replace content warning with a header banner..



Yes, I have lost a prime advertising spot, but the benefits are enormous!! ... visitors are not distracted, the website is much more mobile friendly and the most important >> people don't have this negative feelings when the have to click "Enter"
