Brainstorm: Africa!

Hey! this is a online brainstorm session focused on Africa.. WTF? Africa, yes! Africa!

i have been a lot in africa (Malawi, South Africa, Congo) and this day i woke up with the idea i have to do something with Africa and internet marketing. Why? Right now the internet in Africa is growing. Oke, it's not like in europe or the VS but in a couple of years a LOT of people are coming online.

So, i believe there is a lot of potential in the african internet market. Almost no competition and a lot of inexperienced people.


What do you think about is? Maybe we can create something usefull.

Nigeria is about to explode with super internet connections over the next couple
of years...

The only use I can see is outsourcing and imo I'd prefer working with filipinos.
I'll let the african guys market to each other, and ill focus on america and oz
where the real money is at.

Africa will be a market, but a sketchy one.

I cant remember where i read it but i read that Africa has the largest number of cell phone users.

I'd say set up outsourcing firm.

Content writers and all your normal simple outsourcing tasks.

There are many Africans that are well educated and take education very serious.
