It is fishy cause it is mathematically, statistically IMPOSSIBLE have less than 1% of bounce rate.
That's all.
There can be a lot of things going on here. Duplicate Google Analytics tracking codes, iFrame which causes a pageview, incorrect event tags. Cant say for certain, but this doesn't seem right.
