I would have a talk with the provider looking at that backlink infrastructure.
Those are just "game the system" links.

There is no grounds for a SL if he received what was advertised as it appears he was buying DR links and if the metrics match the sales copy, and it seems they do, there are no grounds.
A review in the seller's thread is quite appropriate though.

How many links did you buy? If it were 1 or 2 then it wouldn't do much harm to your website.

I would be curious to know who the seller is, and I've got no doubt that others would want to know as well.
Whilst it may not be the case they've broken any rules, it's a bit shitty if they're using guff links to bump up the DR.
I don't know what the ins and outs of the review situation is, but I would have thought that as part of the review process, the vendor gave an array of different niche edits to the mods that approved the BST and they would have seen what the link structure was like when they were checking the DR and this would have been included in the review.
But yeah, the links pointing to that post are pure trash. They're the kind of links I would use to pump up parasites.
