Easy fix... Put it in another box, and tell the buyer that the box was damaged, so you had to place it all in a new box. Make sure you remove any labels on there, and offer him a partial refund. You should have a happy buyer on hand. Good luck.

dont cheat your customer.
doesnt mean you are cheated. you shld cheat your customer too.
did you promise him a clone or real iphone.
if it is clone, go ahead and ship it to him.

I promised/advertised him a "GSM sony ericcson branded phone"

I got a "GSM Star TV" phone

DHGate is good that stuff is held in escrow though, so I've already had made a dispute, guy says send it back, DHGate happy to refund once he has received phone.
