Seems that you're new to all this. Better do a bit of research before hiring a freelancer, see what are the pros and cons of hiring a freelancer and see if such a bot is needed in your case. If its not (you need views/followers to try just for a few times) then go to the social media section and search for the service that would best fit your needs and budget.

^^^^This and remember if you are hiring a freelancer you need to be specific in your requirements and state that you will only pay for a working bot. Don't pay until the bot has been completed and you have had Team Viewer session or seen it working.
Only buy from members you feel you can trust and if anybody screws you then ShitList them.
