There are some extensions which do this job but there is some manual work involved

Ad clickers are nothing new. Google spends a lot of money to detect ad clickers. They will pre-emptively close your Adsense account if they even get a hint that you're gaming the system at all. Ads are their bread and butter, so they invest a lot to protect their revenue.

There are, but they are pretty complex as they have to bypass all Google security protections and they are usually run on botnets.
Of course who runs those bots make millions and have no interest in sharing the code
Therein lies the problem. If he could make it, not saying that he can't, he would make a lot more money running the bot than selling it. This is probably why there isn't one already available. Ad clicking has been around basically since ads came to the internet. Everyone doing it is running custom code. It would also preserve the business model. You can imagine how quickly the ad business would collapse if there were a widely available bot that was effective. He would also probably end up in prison... or with a job, lol. There's no telling with the tech industry.That's why I am encouraging @stuna to work on it.
