BOT DEVELOPER required

I need a bot developed with functionality similar to a ticket scalper, applied to a different field. Features would ideally include:

Logging into a website
Overcoming captcha
Entering provided information into text fields
Selecting buttons on specific areas of the page
Timing its acting to a countdown timer on the website
Being able to repeat its action, including reloading the page, until it is successful
