Paid ads on google, bing if they allow and related forums or communities. If the bot is useful and people are interested the clients will come. Doing SEO by yourself could be a pain.

I've cleaned this thread up, but am staggered we have a Jr VIP who is giving wrong advice then is stupid enough to try to hire @jack1980.
Bascially OP, there's plenty of freelancer sites, Reddit etc to look for work.
Until you upgrade on here however, you can't sell a service nor offer to work.
