Boosting follewer without follow - unfollow method

Scraping is still using follow/unfollow. There are ways to do it but it's very difficult and only works if you have other larger accounts.
so let's me say i saw someone acc (A) with 5 billion follower , and most of his follower repeatedly follow another acc ( B), (C) etc and so on. I want to ask do u know what is A method using? Also can i scrap A most of A follower to follow me using some bot such as followliker, sorry for my explanation

obviously you need to utilize the other features of instagram such as liking, commenting, uploading content with relevant hashtags so people can find you via search, you can purchase/trade shotouts, there's quite a few ways to gain followers without following a single user
