Bookmarking Demon?

Lots of excellent information in this thread thanks to Scritty! Would love to know though as far as account creation is concerned - which of the MAIN sites are best skipped?
Considering 200 x accounts per MAIN site it would be a waste of time and captchas if there's no point doing this for a couple of these.

Kudos to Scritty for the method.
I bought 100 gmail accs for $12.
Ccreated ~100 accounts on top 17 sites, it took me 2 days. I will buy and create more.
Digg didn't activate, wants me to do that manually. So I am going to do that right now.
Reddit gave me some problems during account creation - had to retry a couple of times.
now I am using RSS camouflage and I am proceeding very slowly in order not to get banned. I added 5 my pages to test (2 from blogger, 1 Squidoo lens, 2 from article directories), again, this is just to test the method. RSS camouflage is 1 my page = 1 page from a random RSS feed.
I click Add Pages several times.
Also I am using public proxies scraped with Scrapebox. They are ok, I get around 40% success rate. Reddit constantly gives me the following error: "Decaptcher.com retry limit exceeded." WTF? %|
As soon as I get my first sale from Clickbank, I will reinvest into private proxies.

NO TRAFFIC SO FAR. and no sales.

I will be updating you guys.

UPD: one or more accs seem like got banned by BuzzFlash

UPD: Trying to activate Digg accs manualy:Could not verify your registration email, please try again. - all emails ;(

UPD:
So, in fact, out of major traffic bringing websites (Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon, Reddit) I am able to use StumbleUpon only, which is quite sad. (Delicious requires Yahoo ID to create account.)

I've had BMD for a few weeks and haven't really used it to it's fullest, this thread really opened my eyes about it. But the question is, and I'm surprised that nobody else asked this:
Which are the top 30 sites to register to ?

and on a different note maybe if it is a good idea to scrape Pligg sites with ScrapeBox and then use them with BMD. I'm asking because of the time-return ratio and maybe if they can even have a negative impact.

Looking forward to your answers

It totally messed up submission for me and was probably the worst tool I've used. Support was always there, even though they didn't understand much..

I bought BMD yesterday, and I'm getting a ridiculously low submission rate.. something like 30%. Anyone know what I could be doing wrong? Got 10 accounts set up on about 100 sites, and using 35 private proxies.

Did you confirm all the accounts by email? Log into your email account, check the spam folder, move those to inbox, and confirm emails again.

Did you fill out all the categories? This takes awhile.

When you submit it will tell you why they failed. Read through a few and see what the biggest problems are.

My success rate is about 60% (only used it a few times), but also added a lot of extra sites (up to 800 I think), and some may not be good to begin with.

Thanks, will consider these on my next project.

lol @ 10 accounts.

Bro... you need at least 10 accounts ON EACH SITE.

Yeah.. that's what I said. 10 accounts on 100 sites.

Digg always says activation failed and even when you do it manually... mine seem to all work. Just a Dig thing I guess! :)

Had no problem with reddit. I think your problem is no private proxies and creating 100 accts on 2 days!

Hmm, then where delicious is concerned would it make more sense to have yahoo email accounts for account creation...?

deathbycaptha doesn't work anymore with ver 5.5.6 of BMD.....

This is a tough one. It changes all the time.

For instance, last week I got a ton of emails from Digg saying I needed to re-confirm my account as they were joining forces with another WEB2 outfit and wanted my consent for my account info to be shared.

This basically put all my Digg accounts in the shitter - no way was I going to manually reset up all those email addys and do a double confirmation and questionaire for hundreds of accounts.

Instead, now I wait for Edwinsoft to apdate the BMD app to cope with new digg accounts, buy a few hundred email addresses, and start again.

Delete all my existing Digg's and begin with zero again.

Stuff like this happens now and then. You either roll with it, or start crying.
I tendd to wait a few weeks and then scratch my head, for out a few dollars for a ton of email accounts, and sign them all up to the one that went AWOL (and maybe a couple of other sites I like while I'm at it)

At any one point in time there is always one or two bookmark sites messing with sign up's or submissions or whatever. Adding new accounts is something I just "do" it's part of my process every month or so to review what I have, delete the broken ones, buy emails, and set up more.

I do it in the background while I'm preparing content.

Remember you can import all the email addresses with passwords , POP3's and Ports etc all in one CSV file at the beginning. With that done it's real simple to just click ~"set up accounts" on another email address every 2 or 3 minutes - then at the end of the day, give it an hour for all the confirmations to come in then press the "process emails" button for it to whizz thorugh and confirm all your new accounts for you.

Can you explain how and the format you use to import the list of emails to BMD?

thanks
