Holy shi.. I don't even know where to begin. Seriously guys, this thread has failed. Entirely.
If how good you are informed about bodybuilding is how good you are informed about IM then I get why so many people fail at it.
I'm out. This thread makes me cry. Literally cry.
Calm down mate
Start by doing 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups and 10 squats/dips a day. Add 5 reps each week to each type of exercises. Do this for a month.
By next month, make sure to hit 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups and 30 squats/dips a day.
DO NOT use any tools in the first 2 months. Only body-weight exercises should be performed in the first 2 months.
The exercises mentioned above in my last post is for intermediate/expert level.
This is my current workout routine after a year of working out -
1. 150 push-ups (100 Diamond+50 Close grip)
2. 150 sit-ups
3. 20 close grip chin-ups
4. 150 hammer curls
5. 10 inverted sit-ups
6. Wide grip dumbbell press (thrice a week, 8 sets each sessions with 10 repetitions with very low rest time of no more than 30 seconds).
7. 20 handstand push-ups.
Note that these are expert level work out. And I do all these in 2 sessions (Morning and night). Currently, I can do 70+ diamond push-ups in a row. Still, I use sets to perform each workout. Though, always try to aim for bigger quantity. But when starting out, make sure not to burn out. When I started, I couldn't do even 5 regular push-ups in a row.
You gotta find out what's working well for you. Don't stick to any "Training program" blindly.
