Bobbylove's RANKING DOMINATION 2012 EDITION

Do you have a better method to use? Honestly, not trying to call u out, but if this method isn't legit, what methods do u use to rank?

He does not know what he is talking about.

A lot of people, including myself, are ranking very high in Google because of 301 redirects and backlinks.

So the fact that he says "301 redirects" are useless, he is basing his "theories" on invalid arguments.

He talks "theories", I talk Facts.

He talks "theories", I talk Facts.

1. tinyurls.com 301 redirections is just theory?
2. tinyurls.com domain registration created on 27-Jan-2002 is just theory?
3. 100,000's of people using tinyurls and not reporting magic-bullet SEO super powers is just theory?

Yes, everything you say is a "theory".

I read whatever you write with a grain of salt.

You still say "ANL" when I've told you countless times it is ALN; you just don't want to listen to real SEO tactics that work, and that's your problem.

Stop trolling and go elsewhere.

now you really outed yourself as a troll!
the actual url "bit.ly" is only redirected to bitly.com and nowhere else...so how should it be the same thing as bobbys method? bit.ly/youratroll might be 301 redirected but this has no age therefore no value for ranking... i am still not saying bobbys method works, because my 301 is still not indexed so i cannot comment on it, but you don't know what you are talking about

here's some stuff to consider about old domains & whether they do or don't pass age off-site via 301's

lets look at a domain like tinyurls.com
domaintools says: domain registration created on 27-Jan-2002.

A 10yr old site like tinyurls.com would be classed a old domain, so it should have more power then a "aged" domain

if you check the redirect with live http headers its a 301

on the basis of bobby's "method", tinyurls & sites like that, will give your SERPS a turbo boost because its "aged" and you can 301 links at a new target. its easy and free for anyone to A/B split test this.

bit.ly is another domain that you would called "aged" and you get true 301...why arn't ppl talking about the bit.ly SEO boost? surely after millions of people using the service someones smart enought to spot the aged domain 301 super powers?

obviously, a 301 isn't going to do any harm, but you got to be smoking some good shit to think its going to bump you up in the SERPS.

any success ppl report, is just because of the blog farm links...and just like if you used a bit.ly for the ANL blast, it dosn't help or hurt. yeah, blog farm links work great, thats been no secret for donkey years...and in other news, yes, the sky is blue.

something else to consider, are the 301's created by 10,000's of people a day on sites like tinyurl/bit.ly "indexed" before they are used for redirects?

no, they're not, it dosn't matter. So all this stuff he's preaching about comment spamming to index & then pointing at your money site is useless, and as ppl have report already, it will do more harm then good.

Nato, Have you submitted a scrapebox submission to your aged domain yet?

You make me laugh.

A user with 4 threads that have received barely 10,000 views trying to tell a user with over 100,000+ views on his threads what he knows and does not know about SEO.

You are simply trolling.

So Mr. Guru tell us how you rank for such big keywords?

PS. You mean ALN not ANL.

Why are you avoiding all these questions on the post though? Maybe because he's right ? If he was SO wrong, you wouldn't be avoiding all these questions and actually answering them with a detailed explanation and proving him he's wrong.

As far as I know right now, you're not proving shit by calling someone else a troll and not answering their questions.

I have a question! Say my keyword was cat fish as per the example, and assuming catfish.com/net/org were already taken and cat-fish.com was already taken. Would it be better to purchase catfish.biz, or cat-fish.net?

I am currently in this situation and can't decide which domain would be better to focus on, I will purchase both the keyword.biz and key-word.net, I just need help deciding which domain should be forwarded and which one should be the main.

You're going about it all wrong bro... don't get down one big bobby... learn from him.. I learned something from this thread. I can easily snag a few rubes for some financial plucking down the road by simply acting superior being super vague and making it seem like everyone hates me for revealing the "secret method" which is basically spamming links with ALN. These poor bastards will have a site fly to the top on pure ALN power and when those links loose beef or when Google takes a peak at the 3 300 word articles bobby says to put on the front page, the site will fall.

This is the best method ever A++:D:D:D

What questions?

I have answered all that he asked.

I do not have to prove anything to anyone.

I am happily ranked #1 and in the first page for ALL my keywords making money.

Why should I waste my time proving to someone else that I am making money?

My time is money, and I do not have the time to explain to skeptics why they are not going to be successful; that is their problem.

.biz would work fine.

The domain to be forwarded has to be aged and can be found on GoDaddy closeout auctions.

ok, lets imagine for a moment that you have a valid point, my tinyurl example still proves the point.

BUT, bit.ly changing their DNS to bitly.com dosn't change anything in the context of my arguement.

look, bit.ly has its own wikipedia page telling the story http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitly

The points still remain in play, bitly.com is a "aged" domain that anyone can make 301 redirects to use for SEO or whatever

lets look at bitly.com:

1. domaintools.com say domain registration created: 2003-11-11
2. that makes bitly.com a 8yr old domain. 8yrs is what anyone would call "aged"
3. if you have live http headers installed you can check for yourself that it resolves as 301
4. bitly.com global alexa rank 469. so its safe to say, its used by millions of people per month

millions of people have used the "aged" 301's from tinyurls & bitly, and have never reported magic-bullet SEO super powers?

another point, why are you or anyone waiting for the page to index before doing a 301? millions of people have used 301's on tinyurl, bitly, etc without doing any indexing before use.

Would the new domain appear to be aged if I used a competitive analysis tool like Market Samurai? The SEO Competition section shows the domain age for the top 10. I was just wondering if the age of the old domain would literally transfer to the new domain.

Bobby, could you respond to this please? Maybe it was too stupid to ask, but I'm still learning.

Maybe it's really late in the night, but MM, that doesn't make sense. The dynamic URLs bit.ly and tinyurl make have no age. e.g. tinyurl(dot)com/YourDynamicURL

However, if you were to 301 "http://tinyurl(dot)com" then I am sure your site would see a massive SERP boost.

I had not seen this mentioned but for those attempting this strategy the following should be kept in mind. Once you find an aged domain that you like, make sure you don't transfer the domain to a different registrar. I've read that this is extremely IMPORTANT: the domain HAS TO stay with the SAME REGISTRAR to retain its age!

That makes sense to me. If you were redirecting from the Bitly TLD, sure.. major juice. But isn't Bitly.com/nfe2su4 just a Bitly page with PR0?

check the headers, your looking for the http status codes, thats what G crawlers are reading. tinyurl & bitly resolve as a 301, aka perment redirect, not "dynamic" URLs. dyamic would be 307, and some URL shortners are 307, but not these two.

yeah, sure redirecting root of bitly or tinyurl would have an effect as it have millions of links pointing at them, and the age of the links on the domains hosting the links would pass thru the redirection, not the age of timyurl domain

i have quite a few domains pre 2000 aka 1990's, some of them don't have links or very little & i can create a blog at http://domain.com/blog/ and the first link building to the domain is at the new blog. that /blog/ will rank real easy & you can hit it real hard and you don't get the normal new domain ghayness, but its a new page. those tinyurl & bitly urls still belong to an aged domain

its good to be sceptical & not believe anyone, including myself, on forums & test shit yourself. go buy some old domains and create a new page on a old domain and see how easy the page is to rank.

something else to consider, the "theory" that age passes via 301 cuts both ways. if you can boost a domain by directing age, you can also negative SEO a domain by pointing lots of new URL 301 everday at a site.

So on the basis tinyurl redirect are new & have no age in the algo, i can negative SEO a domain with a 5min to build bot creating thousands of new 301's everyday on the thousand of URL shortners around. if age passes that means i can sandbox sites with 301's ? anyone think thats going to hanppen? nah.

The flaw in your argument is that I do not recommend bitly or tinyurl.

I recommend aged 301 redirects, which shows once again, that you do not read what I write and simply post "theories".

The whole point of a 301 redirect is to pass domain age to the new domain that is less than 30 days old.

This way, Google sees your site as having more authority; hence, it is much easier to rank on the first page.
