Board structure, does it matter?

I manage a few amazon affiliate sites and I'm working on building out my Pinterest presence.

Is there a suggested way to structure you pinterest boards? I've been toying with these two options:

Option A: Two boards, one with only my site's content and another with niche focused pins.
Option B: A single board with combined niche focused content along with my sites content.

In my case, I plan on creating a pinterest account per niche site and creating a similar board structure per account.

Are there any other options or suggestions?

The trick is to never give the impression that you are selling. try to be as casual as possible. And yes, mix content. Always!
