Recently many bm have encountered an error of not being able to add members, some bm can still add members normally, has anyone encountered this situation?

It's a storm from Meta's algorithm, you can refresh and use another mail, that's what I do now.

This often happens with BMs that Facebook has marked as untrusted. Check for any security signs, verify the business, and keep the BM active with normal usage. Once the trust level improves, the option to invite people will usually unlock automatically.

My BM also failed to add new people a few days ago. Then I tried using Smit extension to add people and it worked. But some people tried it and it still failed. You can also try my method and maybe it will work for you

This is a system bug. You can refrain from doing anything for now and try again later. I encountered this issue as well, but I didn't try to add anything again.

I’ve been having a similar issue lately. It doesn’t affect all BMs, but it’s mostly low trust, role changes, or pending verification. Facebook seems to be temporarily restricting new members. Checking for policy warnings, property issues, or business verification often explains why some BMs can add members and others can’t.

Please check if the main account of bm has any violations, because the violating account cannot receive bm

Yes, maybe some BMs are being spammed which makes it impossible to invite people to join. To fix this, I used smit to invite people to join the BM. It's also very fast and effective.

it seems like the situation is not back to normal yet, some of my BMs still can't send invites. hope this situation ends soon.

It looks like Facebook is updating its permission system right now, so some BMs are losing the ability to add members even without any warnings. You can try adding people through Business Asset Manager or use a different admin account to cross-check. If both methods are blocked, it usually means you just need to wait for the update to finish and try again

Yeah, its happening a lot lately. Meta has been tightening permissions, so some BMs get flagged while others slip through.
Usually its tied to account trust or recent activity. If your BM is affected you just have to wait it out or use another BM with higher trust.
