    Don't email you any details about when your domains are due then lock you out until you pay, just to close your account, and threaten court and bailiffs if you don't pay up.

    bluehost is cool I`m using them since a year or so for some shared hosted domains :) works nice .

    No, I enjoy them. You'd have to "not login" for many weeks. And yes they do email you... you just need to be a little less delete-happy. :p

    They do send the emails for expiring domains, even 60 days before expire date.
    Even for domains you only host at them.

    its my second year using bluehost.... they are doing great. they even tell me about my domain expiration before godaddy!!!


    as Brian88 said, maybe you just need to be a little less delete-happy... :p

    Looks like it's just me then!

    Be careful when you want to leave them though - I don't think you'll be quite so happy with their practices.

    Either way, glad you're good with them at the moment.

    Yes they do send you out emails untill you reup your hosting see here is my letter I changed my domian name to your site just cuz

    Trouble was I didn't receive any emails, and definintely didn't delete them.

    Just remembered the other thing that pi55ed me off - they have no customer services over the phone, only tech services. Jeez, I just wanted to TALK to someone about my account. Email only! Such is the way of the world I guess.

    I knew I was angry about something.

    They have great customer services, I have all ways had great services with them. you my want to check to see if you have your email ticked to receive emails or that they have the right email on file ........ did you check to see if its your spam folder ......I am sure you did it maybe it was just a bad day for both of you guys..........I have all way paid a year up front...I like there service.........Wish you well........


    Ps.. They do have customer services over the phone you just have to push the right ### number to get them I have talk to them before over the phone..........

    Really don't wish to argue with you but there is no customer service to deal with account issues, only tech support - check their support secion of their site. I even had a discussion with a teck bloke about it and he said it was to reduce costs.

    Anyway, enough bitching about them from me - if the overall service about them is good I pronounce my involvement in this thread closed.

    they have a phone costumer service too, but i only use used it to verify some domains the live chat is usually good enough although sometimes they don't know what my problem is and pretend they do.

    Hey no problem ...I understand your not happy that's all good ..I was just saying I never had a problem...I do know this shit can happen to anyone...
