BlueAngelHost Suspend my Hosting

I bought a hosting with BlueAngelHost(paid annually) two months ago. And now, I received an email that the service has been suspended. Reason: https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/query/SBL383837

Like what? Am I the spammer?

Anyway, that's a lot of users there if they suspend all the domains in that list.

Well, I'm okay with the suspension. I've changed hosting days ago because I can't update the plugins.

I am a little confused what this post is about.
 
his host ban him from his account over spam.

you broke tos that why...

that link posted from you is all the spam websites and your included.

spam .....

spam can be anythink.

adult content
socail wp
email sending
ect ect ect

a wp i stulled but nulled been reported.

you done somethink wrong

you always pay monthly that way so you dont lose money .

you broke there tos so dont exspect any refund.

you can challenge via paypal, credit card when you paid unless you used a non secure payment process


first adk them for the refund of the months you have not used .

if they refuse then paypal or bank

I don't know about breaking the terms. I haven't promoted the site nor spamming. The only reason they gave on the email is the link to spamhaus.

But did you have to post 4 times though? Gather your thoughts and use one post, seems like post inflating.
 
You should be able to ask for more detailed information when you reach out to their support. @redarrow kindly refrain from spamming topic. Use one post.

Has your site been hacked and malware installed ?
 
Maybe you had some nulled themes/plugins who sent some spam? Have you checked ?

I only installed theme/plugins available in wp repository. And I don't think the site was hacked because I already pointed the domain to another hosting a couple of days before I got suspended.

Same thing happened to me OP, no spam issue on my site, all domains on the server of ns6.shared-host.net was closed down, you tell me 500 domains plus where found spamming and bridging TOS, not possible, even the extra domain I hosted that has nothing on it , bare not built, was suspended too cos it was on the same server, even those who did not have any spam content, were affected too.

The worst in this blueangelhost is that they dont respond to tickets at all, staying upto 5 days no response from the so called admin and support, even skype messages and emails too. I was just too stupid to host with them cos they are here in bhw, so much claims for DMCA and privacy/support. Anyways, found out they are resellers from namescheap, I didnt expect much since they are resellers. My problem is pointing my domain to another host will mean starting everything new.

They responded to my tickets in less than 48 hours but the email is like a text message (too short).

I got lucky I transferred my files to other hosting because I can't update the plugins.

But they changed the nameserver of my domain without my permission and didn't even inform me.

Well, I found them here. Read their sales thread and testimonials. They are not banned at that time (2 months ago).

He got caught scamming in October. You just got a little unlucky there.

Ages ago I tried them for diversity and they were terrible then.

I wish they just respond to my ticket, then i will have to back up my files and switch to a new host. There phone number isnt even going to add to it. Skype is online since even as am writing, both personal and support, yet he wont even respond.
 
Once again another big reason to keep your own backup copies so if this happens and you get terminated you can load your back up with the new host.
 
I think your server was hacked or something so it was used to perform illegal activities without your awareness.
