If you count every penny, then I think IG verification isn't right for you, atm.
Instagram verifications (without PR) cost around ~$3-7k - depends if you find a reseller or provider
Instagram verifications (PR included) cost around ~$7-20k - again, depends if you find reseller or the provider
I recommend you to check out the marketplace, there is plenty of Instagram verificaitons providers.
Either way, it will require a strong budget. Plus, if you are trying to verify brand account and not personal page, there are additional requirements. Some people charge extra, some don't for the added work.
Please don't fall for scams that will tell you they are going to verify your page for a few €/$100s
