Ok, I'm an idiot as many of you know and those that do not know this is an official coming out.

I travel via YT watching food reviews and food shares in many different parts of the world. It is really interesting as you get to see cultures that you would never see.

Blood sausage. What is that actually?

Wow...Real Blood Filled in sausages.
That's refreshing.

I heard that has to do with pork blood, I guess? Yukkk. I would never even touch that. Normal sausage is yummy though. :D

Apparently it's actually very good.

I see it a lot but have never wanted to try it, probably never will :D

In my country it's like sausage but you grind all kinds of pig intestines like veal liver etc., add some rice and spices, add a nice batch of pig blood, mix it together, then you put it in the pig gut casing. It's actually pretty good.

We have black and white 'pudding' in Ireland. Both are really good fried. I think white is made without blood.

It's a mixture of pig blood and rice, optionally a bit of meat, pre-cooked, in the form of a sausage. You fry it in the oven, before you eat it. It's a traditional dish made at pig killings, where i live.

A fellow Hungarian hey there :)

Black pudding is alright actually.

Try Haggis if you haven't already, that's great stuff.

What a coincidence. Blood sausage comes up at least once a month in my house.

I do the same. Saw this video the other day in Vietnam where they were eating "blood soup". It's literally a bowl of pig and cow blood with various organ parts added to it.

Good thing I travel from YouTube, I can get up and go grill a steak when needed.

that do not know this is an official coming out.

Congrats on finally COMING OUT. LOL

I'm so glad I've already eaten today.

Black pudding. The best thing to have with a fry up! Watch at your own risk ;) This is one recipe I follow if you can get pigs blood.

you have the beef spleen too, its a beef part almost entirely composed of blood, you can buy it, fill it with onion and seasoning and bake it, very delicious without having to eat raw blood.

It delicious. I eat it whenever I can.

Try removing the casing so it crumbles like ground meat, then fry it up with some onions and garlic. Then serve on some good toasted bread.
