There is a script template for it, you can share videos, images and also comments. It just takes a few configurations to adjust it accordingly to your needs. I did it for a client before a year, i will search and post the script here if you really need it.

Don't expect much organic traffic. You will definitely needs alternate ways of traffic generation.
 
Yes, my plan is to get traffic from social media like facebook, twitter and other social media
 
If they are just Youtube videos like they are using then yes.
 
I think you can repost them by putting some reference. But still you can upload and or share the pics or videos.
