Almost all have comments disabled or for manual approve and seems that they don't approve also if I'm not spamming...

I’d focus on Pinterest or Twitter for quick wins, push can come later

push notifications are worth trying out, but not until u have gotten a little following first. in the early stages of ur blog i would spend time reaching out to get the initial few visitors via community, social networking, guest posts, or long tail keyword searches. once people start coming back to ur blog, then the push notiffication is a cool way to draw them back to read the new arti
