Hi,
I am going to start a project which will be based around wordpress (everything wordpress). It will involve technical articles, reviews, guides etc.
As you know blogging can be a lonely and life sucking journey as you don't get much traffic for first 3-4 months. Especially when you are an individual blogger.
I have partnered up with someone else outside BHW to work on a project and we both can give in 4-5 months of your time without much worries.
I need someone from here who can write content about wordpress. All articles should be engaging (2000+ words, details, images etc.).
You need to write 4-5 articles every month (total of 20 from each member which means 60 articles by end of 4 months).
This can bring in a lot of traffic in long term and hence revenue which will be split equally between all of us.
Terms :
1) Everyone will remain anonymous (You don't get to know much personal details about anyone).
2) Everyone will have access to everything such as domain login, hosting login etc. For peace of mind purpose (no one changes any password etc.)
3) If revenue is less it will be re-invested into the project (marketing, branding, outreach posts, paid content etc.)
4) If revenue is more which should happen after 4-5 months everything will be divided between 3 of us equally (provided everyone has put in equal efforts - same amount of content).
5) Each and everything will be decided mutually. Theme, format, SILO structure etc.
6) Communication will happen on skype.
7) All affiliate links will be of one member (if you want it will be yours). You must then pay everyone equally at end of month.
8) All communication will happen on skype (or anything else like Slack etc.)
If anything is changed in above terms a copy will be posted here on this thread to keep it for record purposes.
We are already 2 members. We are looking for just one more because no one knows whether this will be profitable or not. So you need to be at that point where you can write 20+ articles within next 4-5 months time on Wordpress and then we will decide what to do next.
I would prefer a Jr.Vip (who has a successful sales thread here) or a Mod because that way you have some assurance.

Don't worry about content theft or being kicked out or anything. I make more money from my service threads here (and only here do I sell) than I will make from this journey for atleast a year. I won't be risking my account and that much money for few hundred dollars a month (which will happen after 6 months anyway).
So remain confident but you will have to like writing and researching for 5 months without much payment. It's blogging afterall.
