Blog creation helps to gain the clients from knowing our capacity of doing our strategies in that SEO optimization things.

Depends on what kind of website you run. If it's a one-page, than optimizing without a blog would be a pain in the ass. If your website is full of relevant info and has nice structure and all then still, blogging helps but not by as much.

Not just blog creation helps you to gain the possible clients, you have to do too much efforts and try to post unique and interesting articles regularly.
