To be honest, I would use none. In my opinion he best blogging platform in terms of themes / plugins / content and freelancing help available is WordPress by a mile
 
Drupal is better but takes more work. Depends on what websie you need?
 
Depends on what you are trying to achieve with the site. Drupal is more complex, and has extensions like WP, and you can definitely build a complex web out of that.
But if you don't need those complexity or never needed those in the foreseen future, then Blogger would be able to work just nice and much simpler too.
 
Blogger is better than Drupal. But if you really serious about working on a website, you should probably start with something more customizable like WordPress.

Always go with Blogger. Because you will have the best analytics to track the visitors.
 
Drupal on the other hands appeals to more technical users.a beginner might have to spend months in order get his head around drupal
