Blogger doesnt rank anymore ?

Blogger has worked OK for me in the past, but obviously you will get a lot more control with a self hosted wordpress site.

Another point to consider - don't use scrapebox to blast links directly to your money site. Your blogger blog might be suffering because it has 1200 low quality links from irrelevant sites. Use scrapebox to blast your web 2.0 properties linking to your money site

blogger got spammed so bad I believe they had to kill their own site and its ability to rank.

with all the phone verification happening I would guess that should come around. the spamming abilities are now limited.
