Hi guys i just recently bought hosting and a domain cuz its cheap right now due to Black Friday sales. So I just want to ask if whats better? like 1 niche blog or multiple niche blog? like example if 1 niche blog it means i will write blog everyday about foods, but multiple niche blog would be like food, News, Gadgets and cars and Etc in its pages. Which is harder to rank? I will be using adsense on it.

Depend on how you manage it, a multi-niche blog going to bring more traffic and a single niche is easy to rank. Tons of factors going to play a role.

multi niche = more effort ,promoting budget ,social media plane = more traffic
small niche = easier and wont take as long to rank and as much money to promote

Yup, you are right.

Single broad niche (e.g. Kitchen) and multiple topics/categories within the niche works best. For example, thekitchn.com is a blog on "Kitchen" with multiple topics like planning, organizing, recipes, cleaning, etc.

Trying to cover all the topics (niches) in one blog is a wrong approach. Few of us have done that earlier and later had to change from a multi-niche to a single-niche blog (or very closely related topics). This meant that a lot of time and effort went wasted.

Disadvantages of a Multi-Niche Blog:
If you start with a multi-niche blog then you will have to put in a lot of effort and it will also be very difficult to rank, You will also find it very difficult to monetise the multi-niche blog later, You will find it really hard to get loyal readers to your blog, It will also be difficult to do a proper SEO of the blog.

My Advice is Stick to a single niche blog if you want to make your blogging life easy and fruitful.

Do just 1 niche per blog, if it is a micro niche even better.

Ex: instead of write about food go for african meals, food in airports.

One more clarification, So if i go multiple niche but ill make sure that each blog content has low competition is that still hard to do? Like I make blog for money making guide with long tail keyword has low competition and another blog for food with low competition and etc? So in short multiple niche blog website but the target is low competition keyword topics?

It could work if you find really low comp. keywords, another factor you have to keep in mind is you're gonna need to create content for 2 very different niches.
Sometimes is not the technical part what is complicated but keeping up with the content creation, specially if you go with multiple sites, some of them you might or might not be as passionate about.

Single Niche is easier to rank than multi-niche website.

Single niche is good for me, if you're thinking of multiple niche site, why can't you go with vast niche like health, business, finance? you will get more topics to write on.

Not Multi niche, Not single niche.. Go straight for Micro Niche
