Blog or Landing Page?

I have some great geo-targeted keyword variation domains for my local service business. I really want to maximize these great domains. Would a simple landing page be a waste or should I do a blog? I don't know all of my options so if you have a better idea please let me know. Thanks!

I have a blog that is setup on a geo targetted domain and it's still ranking no 4 in Google. I have 4 posts in the blog and haven't bothered updating it for years. So, go with wordpress blog and fill it with good content.
