When i block the admin of a page or group and then post a comment or a new topic, can he still see that?

He can't see that. If you block someone, you cannot in any way communicate and engage with each other. He can't even see your profile. So when you post something on a page and he is the admin, then he can't see your post too.

it only works in public group with no admin moderation, is it? let say if i blocked all admins of a group, but then any post in it requires admin approval, its a dead end right?

Thats exactly my question!

I think they cant see anything, otherwise i block the admin and spam the whole group with my stuff and they dont see it?

Block the admin in a group, if there is one, does not stop the admin from seeing what you post in the group.

Odds are it will get you blocked from the group though.

He can see your post no problem. Just can't see your profile or interact with you. Also, the admin can comment on your post, and you won't see that either, but everyone else will.
