Can you PLEASE Help me I somehow blocked my ip for my own wordpress site..... with wordpress firewall 2
PLEASE HELP
Peace out

Login to your cPanel and try deleting that firewall plugin which you have installed. That might help you.

Ftp to your files and goto your wordpress content folder/plugins and delete it there

use a proxy and go to your wordpress admin and remove it from the plugin

Use proxy and go to admin panel and disable it there , i know the feeling :D

That's why I stopped using that plugin, it was throwing up a red flag when I went to my own site lol.

You've already got several replies that would easily defeat the plugin (I would use the ftp method and rename or delete the folder myself because I use ftp all the time)... but I had to chuckle a little when I saw this. It is so very typical of people when they discover security to lock things so tight that they find that they cannot get in.

Had a guy want to lock a file so that he could use it. So he gave himself full permissions and then denied permission to the Students and Instructors groups. He came to me a few minutes later and asked if I could fix it for him cause he could no longer access the file. (Since he was an instructor, he was in the instructors group - and DENY trumps all... so that's how he locked himself out). When doing something like this, always think about what you're doing before you implement it. ;)

You should be back into your WP install as soon as you use one of the steps mentioned above.
