You've already got several replies that would easily defeat the plugin (I would use the ftp method and rename or delete the folder myself because I use ftp all the time)... but I had to chuckle a little when I saw this. It is so very typical of people when they discover security to lock things so tight that they find that they cannot get in.
Had a guy want to lock a file so that he could use it. So he gave himself full permissions and then denied permission to the Students and Instructors groups. He came to me a few minutes later and asked if I could fix it for him cause he could no longer access the file. (Since he was an instructor, he was in the instructors group - and DENY trumps all... so that's how he locked himself out). When doing something like this, always think about what you're doing before you implement it.
You should be back into your WP install as soon as you use one of the steps mentioned above.
