Blasting Backlinks On Expired DOMAIN

Base on google recent changes, we can't blast up to1000 links to a domain at a go..
Please I would love to know wheather this can still work using 301 redirect. I have an expired domain pointing to my money site E.g
Domain1 .com pointing to domain2.com
I would like to know whether if I blast more than 1000 links at a go on the expired domain, it would affect the money site badly or sandbox it. Base on the recent google changes.

301 means everything u do to domain 2 will pass to domain 1...
keep this in mind

Since when Google became in favor of link building? I remember a recent event where SemRush announced link building via guest post on there website and Google gave a good handful of reply to them with others.

Google never said even to build 1 link and you talking about blasting it mate?

Do whatever you want to blast but at your own risk as blasting is critical and you should purely know what you are doing once your press BLAST button! It's irreversible process!

Stealing great backlinks from expired domains. There's one more handy use of SEO SpyGlass.
Your expired domain in your niche or one that is still being auctioned.
 
Don't send any spam links. It always pass the juice to the redirected domain and if anything goes wrong, it will affect our site.
 
Don't through many spammy links even in the redirecting domain. It will affect your ranking in a negative way. Build a few quality links frequently to your site directly for better improvement.
 
1. There is no such thing as you can't create more than 1000 backlinks.
2. Quality of the backlinks matters.
3. There is a possibility of it affecting your money site.
4. If it affects, you can get over it with in few months.
 
I suggest not to point spammy links to redirected domain, there is chance it can affect better focus on quality link.
