Blacklisted KWs For Adwords

I'm trying to run a google campaign on keywords that are non adult related, but it won't allow traffic to be sent even if I adjusted the bid to be 10x more.

Is there a list of blacklisted keywords for adwords?

Write your keywords here and ad's text.
Also, Google should write the reason if your ad was declined.

Give more info and we will help you.

Well my ad wasn't declined. It's just not receiving traffic, not even the stimulator is showing how many clicks I can generate if I adjust the bid.

check locations and campaign settings. Also check notifications from Google advices in the top-right corner. They can write the reason.

I've got nothing. It even says the keyword is fine to rank for but the ad rank is low.

Ofcourse there are keywords that will raise a flag. These are keywords in the non-allowed, limited, restricted categories : refer to Adwords (Google Ads) help and support article pertaining to this.
