Black Hat Marketing is simply a more aggressive form of marketing
in which we often use automation tools to help get a leg up on the
competition. At times, it may be considered by some as"unethical"
as opposed to Whitehat Marketing. However, we, at Black Hat World,
do not allow illegal methods. "Unethical" is mostly a matter of opinion.
We all have a line that we will not cross, and that line is up to the
individual's own conscience.

some people did not understand the tern <BLACKHAT> blackhat does not mean fraud, scam,hacking...or other related therm

Q2 If we rank no.1 for the targetted keyword doing BlackHatSEO ... and the other person trying to rank for the same keyword doing WhiteHatSEO ... Isnt it unfair ?

Most of us just want to make money, and ranking, getting traffic to the sites is part of it. Blackhats just have far more vast knowledge than others and do it more efficiently.
Now if it is against the ToS, that you could say it is ''illegal'' by the company's standards. And if they find you, they penalize you.
Most of all, you really aren't harming anyone (unless you literally are trying to harm a website by penalizing it or something).

Blackhat is not illegal, unethical - think for yourself.
I find blackhat good because I defeat other advertisers with my blackhat-fu.

People( wrongly ) sometimes think Blackhat also involves hacking and fraud/scamming methods.
Blackhat is more about pushing the rules and seeing what you can get away with.
If you're going to be anal about things, any form of buying links is Blackhat and against Googles TOS - but at the end of the day, it depends on how many links and what type of seo etc you are involved in.
