Summary of Dispute:
-> asked for a quote. Paid for the service. Got a quote twice due to pricing discrepancy between Dollars and Bitcoin. The vendor misquoted me. Yet, he agreed to do the work.
I had to threaten the vendor to initiate a shit list process for him to do the work (See PM Messages). Until today where all the work done has disappeared and no answer or notice from the vendor.
Evidence of the Issue:
Please see the my PM thread where the entire conversation and dealing occured. Trying to add PDF files. don't know if you see them. Anyway you can see the work is non existent

It's cowardly to take someone's money for a certain job and write this, but it also shows what kind of person this is.
