Hello,
Dear fellow members of BHW, nowadays scamming is a common matter everywhere and everyday, i saw a post some minutes someone scammed $500, we have shitlist in BHW but if the scammer didn't respond he will ban from BHW, but he can create another account to cheat with another people, so what is the solution for the victim?

my point of view is Authority can develop BHW wallet that the user can load with paypal or btc and make the deal through BHW wallet, after the buyer confirmation seller will able to withdraw his money in paypal or btc. i think this process will help to stop scamming

What do you think?

Don't buy from people who are not authorized to sell would be the first step.

Well, we cannot go to people's homes and businesses to beat them out of the money.

I'm not saying your idea is bad but I am saying I would spend at least 10 hours a week (people don't see all the behind the scenes stuff there) moderating the forum if people would just follow the buying rules as the shitlist subforum would be much quieter.

Gotta' start somewhere and following the rules as a buyer is a good jumping off point.

yes, but if we have any option like this maybe we will get some better result
 
The fact that BHW offers shitlist mediation services at all is a major step up compared to any other IM forum. @putki https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/serious-why-are-these-threads-passing-marketplace-review.1113631/, and attempted to justify it by https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/serious-why-are-these-threads-passing-marketplace-review.1113631/#post-11982457. This was just a few months ago. This would be a massive lift and shift on BHW's end, and would cause an extensive amount of work and coding. Come on.

in this thread am just sharing my idea, what i did in previous this is not an issue in this thread, am I scamming people with money? so don't attach this thread with other issues
 
Interesting idea, but managing financial interactions adds an entire additional level of complexity. Would be cool to say "My BlackHatWallet", though.
 
What I would suggest though is a contract or an agreement per transaction made in which will display the seller's thread and buyer and sellers ID and T.O.S or guarantee or refund specifics of the seller.
