So the thing is, I posted an ad about a job and then when I got the mail I re-directed them to a credit check offer which mostly of them didn't fall for - SADLY.
Now I got around 50-60 people waiting for an response, what can I do to get some money from these guys who are waiting?

BEST METHOD WILL BE REWARDED WITH 10% of the EARNINGS (PAYPAL)

How about do exactly what you have done times 10, then you should have at least 600 emails to send out, and you will probably get a few conversions.

Go here offervault.com

Find a network that has offers related to jobs.

Also, a lot of networks don't like leads that come from classified sites. Better talk to your AM or you won't get paid if they find out you violated the offer terms.

Reply to them saying you really like their resume and are ready to take them to the next step of the hiring process.
Optional: Set up an auto-responder template for an "interview".
Now let them know in order to start working, they have to do a background check. Clickbank has lots of background check offers that pay well.
This converts best with jobs where a background check is standard like babysitters, bus drivers, teachers ... you get the point.

It works best with jobs like contractors, babysitters, bus driver, teacher as they all require a background check.

That sounds a lot better than the credit report thing, OP, the credit report thing, if you are in the USA, has some fine lines to walk to stay inside the law... I would not touch the credit report thing these days.

I probably would not do the background check thing either but that is more of my mindset than it being effective or not effective.

Whenever I do offers like this for testing always try to put yourself in their shoes. Marketers sometimes just throw things out there hoping it will stick and make money but this is the wrong way to things. Put yourself in the person looking for a job that responds to your offer and then think about what it would take to get you to complete that offer. Or think of a new offer all together that would work even better. Yes this sometimes requires more effort and time but trust me its well worth it and the conversion rates can be huge.

Alright! Really bad at finding good offers for this, they're quite patient I feel, haha.

Could anyone help me find a good offer? It's for a "Data entry job"

Got alot of emails to send anyone interested in joining with an idea? offering 20% of the earnings if it sover 100$

Just email them to complete the offer so that they get a chance at getting the job

I did that to atleast 100+ emails and only 5 signups, I really need something else..
