Blackhat strategiest CPA Affiliate question

Just for sake of knowledge, i'd like to understand from more experienced people, which are the best black hat strategies for the CPA Affiliation.
I saw a private announcement from a guy who owns a big CPA company focused on traffic, and he was hiring people who use only Black Hat techniques.

So i was wandering if anyone can help to understand which are these techniques and if there is any course (really good and updated) which explains these techniques.

I tried hard with CPA but never had any kind of interesting success. I'm still here trying but I'm a little bit confused about the right direction/path to take in order to be successful with CPA.

I guess hat is not a matter you just need traffic out of that hat, and it should convert good. Niche relevant traffic will be good.
