Don't go bat crazy from the start and take it slowly. Focus on quality. Even then, blackhat SEO won't work long term. Depending on the work you do, it won't even work medium term. If you want to make a hit and run site, BH SEO is okay though

I have seen many sites getting penalized by doing black hat SEO like spammy links pointed to the money website, PBNs pointed to the money website.

Many PBN providers are good, as they are managing their PBN network very carefully, but some are not. And it can penalize your website easily.

White hat seo follows rules. Black hat seo bends the rules to fool Google and outrank white hat seo sites. BHW is very safe, be smart and use what works. Research and read reviews before trying or buying something. Use the search function and you will be fine.

This is a very general question. I think some stuff in here is very good. You just have to learn more about SEO to know which is good or bad. For me I have to spend years of testing many methods and learn about from others cases.

trying to manipulate the search engine is black hat by itself anyway.
every method to manipulate the serps is black hat, the only difference is that you make the method... "white hat" by staying under the radar.
