does anyone know of any cpa networks that are bh friendly? I have had success with cpaprosperity in the past and ive heard lots of people talk about cpagrip.

Depending on how BH you are going, the majority of them are actually open.

Scamming and fraud are off the table but that is a pretty crappy way to operate anyway. Why don't you run your BH ideas past your AMs and see what they say?

yea if you ask them right away, a lot of them will be open to it as long as it's not scam/fraud

Simply get in touch with your AM and see what he/she has to say.. AM is the KEY here

You could change your blackhat to grey/whitehat if you adjust a few things. I don't know your niche, but it's easy to make a grey/whitehat niche of:
- online generators
- visual basic apps/hacks
- cheats for games (android games or such)
- game giveaway
- game demo's
