Also I don't know what you mean by spying. I would be very careful about rushing into a deal with someone, it rarely goes as smoothly as you anticipate.

How well do you know this person?
That would be a huge red flag to me straight away if it was somebody I didn't really know well. Why would anyone do that, supply the finance and do the work for you to get money???
If this "friend" is someone you only know online he may be wanting to use your account to run ads that are against Facebook TOS and you risk losing your account.
