I was wondering if someone could direct me to where I can find a guide on how to email thousands to millions of email addresses without getting in trouble.

Like what servers to use.
Where or how to get email addresses.
What types of offers work best for large blast.
What software to use for sending.
And so forth...

In other words, a complete guide for what works NOW, Feb. 2017

This is a deep deep area. So much too it if you want to successfully blast out millions of mails a day. A few tips:

If mailing legal:

1. Its all about data. The quality of your data will make or break you. You need to clean and go through lots and lots of data and keep people who 'open' and 'click' offers. You got a gold list now, and when that is large enough you can make dough.
2. Be careful with how you get your data. If you are in the US and if you mail for real you better have been buying/getting data that is compliant with Can SPAM act. You need timestamps for this stuff so when you get a knock on your door, your covered.
3. Best mailer software is private. Small groups who produce some really good stuff dedicated to mailing. Start digging, and searching around. Its not easy good mailers don't talk much.
4. There is no best server so to speak. Its how they respond to complaints. When they get SPAM cop complaints against their IPs its only so long they can hold on to you. Again we are right back at data. Good data won't get complaints, but if your cleaning lists, you will get some. You'll lose servers and have to move on to other compaines. Even though your mailling is compliant 'screamers' will get shut down.
5. You need to learn how to inbox. Lots of different tricks and its a changing system. Not even sure what to suggest you today.
6. You need a solid list of 'screamers' and 'honey pots'. Dig around there are certain emails that you never want to send a single message to. They will either a) complain 'screamers' or b) are a false email set up to bust you for spamming 'honey pot'

If you want to mail illegal, then ignore most of what I told you as it doesn't apply and make sure you remain in a country that doesn't give a rats ass what you do online with spamming. You violate spam acts in major countries and make substantial money you will probably get caught and never enjoy your newly acquired riches.
