I've been sticking guys up at gunpoint in dark alleys and forcing them to type my domain in their phone which redirects to an offer, once i see they sign up i pistol whip them in the back of the head and move on to the next guy. I know this method is saturated though, so you might want to apply your own twist.

For the OP, I have some sites which are still ranking despite the whole CPA game hack shut down on Google. You have to play it clever.

Obviously, the saturated ones aren't going to work as well. You can make several pennies to dollars but try playing around with social media platforms. You'll figure out all the puzzle pieces eventually leading you to discover the one that works for you.
