The ones that want to pay for pirated content or warez how it's named would 100% use bitcoin.

will sell something like VIP access to pirated content, there is a site that also sells access, and uses paypal, the question is why it is not banned

You know there are file sharing websites which offer different membership levels. A lot of them are used to upload pirated content - It wouldn't hurt to spend some time and figure out what they are using.

usually only cards are accepted there
BTW do you know what happens to stripe funds once blocked. Stripe keeps them?Not Stripe if people will advice

the file sharing sites use card but they mention in their terms of service/use that "user is responsible for all things hd does with their service & they shall not be liable"
