You know there are file sharing websites which offer different membership levels. A lot of them are used to upload pirated content - It wouldn't hurt to spend some time and figure out what they are using.

BTW do you know what happens to stripe funds once blocked. Stripe keeps them?

Stealth paypal and bitcoin.

Receive money by Paypal (which everyone uses) exchange for bitcoin every $x and tank it up.
And also have bitcoin as an optional payment method.

the file sharing sites use card but they mention in their terms of service/use that "user is responsible for all things hd does with their service & they shall not be liable"

Go with crypto..specifically XMR if you need that level of protection
