i am looking for a black hat seo for my website which can instantly start delivering results, i used to get leads from paid ads but now my ads are dead from last 4 months.

It depends on your niche. Also there is no single hack which gives you instant results

If you are ads are dead i don't think any black hat tactics would change anything. Without knowing much probably you have a conversion issue.

If your advertisement are not working properly I sugest first loking into your advertisement instead of resorting to easy seo solutions. the black hat seo may provide temporary satisfaction, but it will not solve the real isue.
