Hello Folks Bitget Restrict my account for review check

Did you ever face this issue? If yes how can you resolve is asap

My funds is stucked

the fastest way is to email the help center directly
 
This most likely has to do with KYC. Email them back and simply ask them to unlock your funds to transfer out.
 
Just pray, unfortunatelly we are totally dependent on the honesty of this kind of platform
If they want, they can steal our money and there is nothing we can do against these companies established in random scammy jurisdictions

There’s so many horror stories of people getting their stuff locked sadly. Best you can do is follow up with their support and hope they don’t drag you along for an endless KYC/AML loop.

If you manage to get your stuff unlocked withdraw it into a cold wallet and only send to CEXs whatever you’re actively trading.

I hope it works out for you

This happened to me sunday.... I've been told the most common result is they tell you to withdraw within 7 days and ban the account.

Bitget never told me, I talked to people online to find this out

Mine still locked too :( Same day (sunday) as yours was locked, mine was too.

I think we must wait the 15 days, but sometimes they answer before this time..

No still no update for me either. I will definitely post here if I get one. Very upsetting.. considering the price growth in the markets right now

Did you write to they support? If the amount is large, you can also take them to court.
