There’s so many horror stories of people getting their stuff locked sadly. Best you can do is follow up with their support and hope they don’t drag you along for an endless KYC/AML loop.

If you manage to get your stuff unlocked withdraw it into a cold wallet and only send to CEXs whatever you’re actively trading.
