Hello guys

Please who exprienced buying and selling bitcoins

I have got an account at Paxful and bought some bitcoins afterwads i have transfer them to another wallet by using code address , but the amount didn't come , have contacted the suport of the both of them , they said that they aren't responsible about that , so now the amount is disapeared,

that's my first transaction made by me with bitcoin so need some adivce what i can do

Thanks

Reference your transaction ID on https://blockchain.info/.

The link above will tell you if it is still processing or not. If it's still processing, just wait.

If it's complete, double check your recipient address is what it's supposed to be. If you sent it to wrong address.

It's possible they just stole your funds. Nothing you can do in either case.

Why on earth are you using stuff like Paxful, when you can just register at some decent exchange and get your BTC for FIAT there? Ah you people never learn.

as i mentioned thats my first time i bought a bitcoin and i needed it by urgent , so thats what happen

bitcoin transactions aren't instant. depending on how much you pay it can take a while. The being said I'd follow what others have said and look on blockchain.info

Right now it can take hours to confirm a transaction. But you should be able to see one confirmation at least on the blockchain. Use your source address and track your transactions and see what it leads to.

It's called "fear of missing out" and you should really work on that if you are serious about any kind of trading. My 2 cents.

When cryptsy started taking 24 hours to get me a balance, I jumped out. A major crash soon followed.

24 hours is more than enough to get your transaction done man....

Something's up.

Raise this on support forums and get their attention. This sure looks strange.

im not an expert on this but if the website and blockchain.info are in disagreement that leads me to believe it was a scam.
