Bitcoins Can be Hacked?

The short answer is no. The long answer is still no, but it is entirely possible to hack people’s crypto wallets online only because people are lazy and use weak passwords to access online hosted accounts, and are prone to download apps with malware in them.
To hack the Bitcoin blockchain, you would need to convince 51% of all bitcoin miners to collaborate on hacking the blockchain in order to ‘double spend’ other peoples bitcoins by introducing blocks with false transactions in them to the blockchain. There are thousands upon thousands of miners worldwide. The chances of accomplishing this, without someone ratting you out, is nil. This is what we call the Byzantine General’s Problem, and defines the problem that the bitcoin algorithm was designed to solve.
Smaller blockchain cryptocurrencies that have few miners have been hacked by this 51% exploit. :D

Technically, it's not impossible. You can calculate public keys (longer form of a bitcoin address that you can see when someone sends you satoshis) out of a private key easily and in fact, can also do the opposite - calculate someone's provate key from his public key. But as far as I know that's so difficult and time consuming that it is accepted impossible to calculate. I read somewhere that it takes millions of years to calculate a private key from a public even for the most powerful pc exists right now. That's all about the elliptic curve formula.

It is practically impossible to hack the mechanism of bitcoin protocol. The blockchain is distributed and addresses the byzantine fault tolerance.
But, individuals bitcoin balance can be stolen if they compromise their wallet credentials with weak security.

Exchanges get hacked
Keys get stolen

However, the BTC Blockchain itself can't (until quantum computing arrives) be hacked.

Bitcoin has the power to prevent any kind of attack, thanks to its own impossible blockchain network. Thanks to its Proof-of-work algorithm, a high encryption system is used. Bitcoin miners are responsible for the security of the Bitcoin network. Miners have been making block generation by algorithmic encryption since 2008.

If Personal wallets or seeds key are disclosed then funds can be stolen otherwise no way for it.
