Hi BHW,

need some help from who knows bc well.

I tried to buy something and paid with bc,
but it's not completed and the payment is still in pending.

when can i get the money back or cancel?

I have seen BC take longer to complete here as of late. We have seen several customers BC payment take up to 36 hours to get full funded into the account.

Transaction considered completed if he have 6 confirmation .
You can see your transaction at blokchaininfo.

I guess it is instant. When ever I send or receive money it doesn't takes more than3-4 hours

Sent about $150 around 7 hours ago and it's still unconfirmed.

Never been this slow before, good to know it's not just me though.

all my past transaction was instant.
so it has some problem for sure

Sometimes it can take longer - it's not always instant. Check Blockchain for a more thorough update.
